Welcome to the Indie Supporter Spotlight for May!
Here are the projects that our wonderful Patreon supporters are working on. Indie Bandits wouldn’t be possible without their generous support so show them some love!
We’ve spoken about Playtest Kit for a while and we can finally tell you that it’s live!
This system can help indie devs find playtesters, design both live and remote studies, write surveys, and effectively analyse the data they get from playtesting.
“This is the perfect tool for game development teams of any size. It offers practical solutions in a clear and straightforward manner, ensuring that playtesting is never out of reach to even the smallest indie developer.”Jo Haslam – Design Director at Snap Finger Click
If you’re a game developer who believes in the value of playtesting, Playtest Kit can help you run reliable, efficient playtests which reveal issues you didn’t know existed.
The Hero We Need
This is a tower defence game and it’s recently been updated with a huge number of changes to make it more in line with the genre.
There have also been plenty of bug fixes and improvements to make the game even better.
Be sure to check out this video of the dev Georges playing the new updated version of the demo to see what we’re talking about.
To try it out for yourself, you can find the demo and also wishlist The Hero We Need on Steam.
Do You See the Waving Cape
We’d also like to introduce a new supporter and their project Do You See the Waving Cape.
Luo Zhi En has been developing small indie games for close to a decade with a focus on narrative pieces that draw upon experiences from their own life and their childhood in particular.
Their latest project focuses on the themes of childhood, dreams, and love and has a playable demo available on Steam for you to check out.
Feature Your Project in the Indie Supporter Spotlight
The Supporter Spotlight is one of the ways we thank our Patreon supporters. After all, it’s their support that helps Indie Bandits to celebrate independent games.
