February 2019’s PS+ Games to Include Gunhouse and Rogue Aces

Sony has announced that in addition to Hitman (2016) and For Honor, PS+ subscribers will get Gunhouse for the PS Vita and Rogue Aces for both the Vita and PS4 this month.

Gunhouse is a puzzler-meets-tower-defence game that was made and published by Necrosoft. The game came out at the start of last year and received positive and mixed reviews.

Generally, the criticism for the game came due to a limited amount of content. However, it did receive praise for the gameplay and visuals.

Rogue Aces is a 2D air combat dogfight roguelite and looks like a lot of fun. It was released in April of last year to a lot of positive reviews. Some did say that it could get repetitive, though. This one might be worth playing in short bursts.

With that said, they’re both free on PS+ next month and look like they’re worth picking up.

In addition to the free games, the cloud storage for PS+ users is going to be extended to 100GB.

This is also the last month that PS3 games and PS Vita games are going to be offered as PS+ titles. Let’s hope that we see more PSVR games included as a result!

The full list of titles for February 2019 is as follows:

  • Hitman, PS4
  • For Honor, PS4
  • Divekick, PS3 (Cross-Buy with PS Vita)
  • Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots, PS3
  • Gunhouse, PS Vita (Cross-Buy with PS4)
  • Rogue Aces, PS Vita (Cross-Buy with PS4)
