Welcome to this month’s Indie Supporter Spotlight!
Indie Bandits is completely independent and all of our funding comes from supporters either via Patreon or Ko-fi.
Every month, we like to introduce our readers to our patrons and Ko-fi supporters and provide you with some updates on them.
Let’s see who they are this month and what they’re up to.
Shadow Era
Shadow Era is a cross-platform trading card game that’s available on Android, iOS, and PC.
In it, you can choose from 32 different heroes and join a community with over 10,000 players and 7 guilds where every card can be earned through free play. There are also monthly contests where the winners can become a card from the game.

In the single-player campaign mode, you can practise your tactics or try the unrated multiplayer option to test out decks and strategies.
There’s a special welcome bonus for players new to the game, too, if you’d be interested in trying it out.
Shadow Era is one of our social sponsors and their very generous support is really helping us to celebrate independent games more than we’ve ever been able to before so make sure you show them lots of love for us!
Beat the Wizard Tower
Beat the Wizard Tower is a roguelike dungeon crawler that’s currently running its Kickstarter and was kind enough to support us via Ko-fi!
Allow us to tell you a little about it.
Beat the Wizard Tower includes randomly generated rooms, a number of different dungeon themes complete with a boss for each, different characters to choose from, and teleportation straight from the minimap to get you exactly where you want to be (as long as you’ve already explored the room you want to teleport to).
Like other dungeon crawlers, you’ll work your way through labyrinthian dungeons, fight off enemies, and make your way to the boss, all while you collect loot, weapons, and other goodies!

Make sure to check out the demo on Itch.io to get a better feel for the game before backing it on Kickstarter.
Be in the Next Supporter Spotlight
The Supporter Spotlight is just one of the ways we thank the people who support us. It’s thanks to this support that Indie Bandits can celebrate independent games as much as we do.
If you’d like your game or project to be featured in an upcoming article, support us on Patreon or buy us a coffee to show us that you appreciate what we do for indie game devs.
We’re planning to do even more to help indie devs in 2023 and every supporter we have helps us to continue celebrating independent games.
